Weebit Nano says Weebit ReRAM could be a natural fit for IMC architectures because of its ultra-low power consumption, scaling advantages, cost-efficiency, analog characteristics and ease of fabrication in the back end of the line (BEOL). The company also says the technology is inherently radiation tolerant, making it a good fit for aerospace and defense, as well as medical applications.
