Eaton, an intelligent power management company, announced the launch of multiple new electrified vehicle (EV) fuses, which will be displayed at Booth #2000 during The Battery Show North America, October 6-9, 2025, at Huntington Place in Detroit. The expanded portfolio includes low-voltage fuses (<70 Vdc), high-voltage fuses (EVR 500 Vdc, EVHD 900 Vdc, and EVKR 1,000 Vdc), and active and dual-triggering pyro fuses (650 Vdc and 1,000 Vdc).
These fuses support various vehicle types, including internal combustion, electrified, plug-in hybrid, commercial, and off-highway vehicles. Eaton offers customization through simulation and in-house testing to meet specific customer requirements, providing both off-the-shelf and tailored solutions. Mark Schneider, President of Eaton’s eMobility business, stated that the portfolio addresses diverse applications while maintaining quality and reliability.
