Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (AOS) has introduced the AONK40202, a 25V MOSFET in DFN3.3x3.3 Source-Down packaging. The product is designed for high power density in DC-DC applications, addressing the needs of AI servers and data center power distribution.
The AONK40202 features Source-Down packaging with a larger source contact to the PCB and a center gate pin layout for simplified routing, reducing the gate driver connection length. It supports a continuous drain current of 319A at 25°C and 224A at 100°C, with a pulsed drain current of 644A and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The MOSFET has a maximum on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.7 mOhms at 10V.
The AONK40202 is available in production quantities with a lead time of 14-16 weeks. The unit price for 1,000-piece quantities is $1.65.
