Redington Ltd., a technology solutions provider, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26) on February 4, 2026. The company recorded global revenue of ₹30,959 crore, marking a 16% increase compared to the same quarter last year. Net profit reached ₹436 crore, up 9% year-on-year. The profit after tax (PAT) margin stood at 1.41%.

Growth was attributed to demand in solutions-led areas, including cloud, software, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure, as customers continued investments in AI-enabled modernization, digital transformation, and secure infrastructure.

Key geographic markets showed the following year-on-year growth: India at 25%, UAE at 19%, and Africa at 14%. These increases were linked to improved go-to-market alignment, entry into new geographies, upcountry expansion, and growth in channel partner networks.

Business segment performance included:

- Software Solutions Group (SSG): 40% YoY growth, driven by cloud adoption, cybersecurity engagements, and software partnerships.
- End-point Solutions Group (ESG): 21% YoY growth, supported by PC demand in India and adoption of AI-enabled enterprise PCs.
- Mobility Solutions Group (MSG): 15% YoY growth, led by premium segment demand and execution of the Direct-to-Retail model.
- Technology Solutions Group (TSG): 7% YoY decline, due to timing of large deal executions in India and overseas markets.

V.S. Hariharan, Managing Director & Group CEO, stated that the performance reflected disciplined execution amid a dynamic macro and geopolitical environment. He noted that customers are accelerating modernization in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure, and that Redington's Unlock Next strategy positions the company to enable customers and partners through global scale, ecosystem partnerships, and capabilities in cloud, data, and enterprise solutions.
