Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) is marking 70 years of operations in Europe, with partnerships supporting next-generation systems in robotics, vehicles, AI data centers and outdoor products. The anniversary coincides with TI's participation at electronica 2026, November 10-13 in Munich, Germany.
TI says its portfolio includes more than 80,000 analog and embedded processing semiconductors for power management, sensing, connectivity and AI processing at the edge. The company works with more than 100,000 customers globally. Robert Berghoff, president of TI EMEA, said TI is focused on empowering engineers as they develop more autonomous, AI-driven and intelligent systems.

With ABB Robotics, TI technology supports the performance, efficiency and real-time control requirements of intelligent robotic systems. The companies are working on technologies including real-time control microcontrollers, sensing solutions and motor-control components for increasingly autonomous, adaptive and connected automation. TI is also working with Porsche on automotive audio and gallium nitride (GaN) technologies, which Porsche says can support more efficient and compact designs without compromising performance.
TI and Schneider Electric are working on design challenges for AI data centers, combining TI semiconductor technologies such as advanced power conversion and improved energy efficiency with Schneider Electric's power management expertise. The companies aim to enable higher power density in increasingly compact footprints. TI and Husqvarna Group have been collaborating on products including smart watering solutions and robot lawn mowers, using TI development tools to help Husqvarna engineers optimize the development cycle.
At electronica 2026, TI will demonstrate analog and embedded processing products for automation, automotive, sustainable energy and other areas. The event runs November 10-13 in Munich; more information is available at ti.com/electronica.
