Brady Corporation India hosted its inaugural Safety Conclave 2026, bringing together 36 safety leaders from 24 organizations across automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and public sector industries.
The event focused on evolving industrial safety practices through knowledge exchange and collaboration, addressing challenges from frontline implementation to the integration of AI and data-driven approaches in risk mitigation.
Opening remarks by regional leadership outlined Brady India’s approach of moving beyond traditional vendor roles toward co-creating solutions with customers and fostering a community of safety professionals who share learnings across sectors.
Industry representatives presented sector-specific insights during the sessions. From the automotive sector, Mr. Chandramani, Senior Manager – Process Safety at TVS Motor Company, outlined the use of AI and data analytics to quantify and improve workplace safety outcomes, pointing toward predictive safety models. Mr. Prashant, B.C, Manager – EHS at Molex, discussed embedding safety into organizational culture via hands-on training and behavioural reinforcement. Uno Minda shared experiences on scaling safety practices in complex manufacturing environments.
In the pharmaceutical sector, Mr. Mukul Bhuchar, Head – Safety, Health & Environment at Biologics, led an interactive session on operational and regulatory challenges, providing insights into developing resilient safety frameworks. GE HealthCare contributed perspectives with a global context.
Panel discussions examined topics beyond regulatory compliance, including cultivating a culture of total wellbeing, ensuring equipment and facility safety in high-risk settings, and driving accountability at all organizational levels. Participants from Reliance Jio, ABB, Kennametal, and Filtrex took part, emphasizing that safety culture requires shared ownership between leadership and frontline teams.
The conclave highlighted a broader view of safety as a factor in productivity, employee engagement, and long-term business resilience.
