Milexia Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Syratron Technologies Private Ltd, an Indian manufacturers’ representative and distributor specializing in electronic solutions for the Defence, Aerospace, Space, Telecom, and Industrial markets. The acquisition marks Milexia's first strategic presence in India and aims to strengthen its offerings in Asia. It provides Milexia with distribution capabilities in India and Singapore to serve large international companies, supporting the company's expansion outside Europe.
Syratron Technologies, established in 1984, is headquartered in Bangalore and operates across four locations in India: Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. Its international distribution services are handled through an office in Singapore.
Andy Khandwala, CEO of Syratron Technologies Private Ltd, stated that the partnership will enhance support for India’s technological ambitions, including ‘Make in India’ initiatives, by providing deeper access to global technologies, expanded market reach, and increased technical expertise for Indian industries and international partners.
Xavier Gaillard, CEO of Milexia Group, described the acquisition as a pivotal step in the company's global growth strategy. He noted that Syratron’s industry expertise aligns with Milexia’s values, enabling combined efforts to deliver value to customers in Europe and India through electronic solutions.
