PowerMaster Semiconductor, a Korea based power semiconductor company announced the appointment of Kiran Pawar as Country Manager for India.
Pawar joined the company four months ago. He has over 15 years of experience in semiconductor sales, including roles at Texas Instruments where he supported key customers, drove design wins, and engaged across multiple market segments. He also has experience in semiconductor distribution, having sold and supported product lines from Renesas and Monolithic Power Systems (MPS). Pawar has knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of the business, along with building customer relationships and delivering growth.
The company operates its headquarters and fabrication facility in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, with R&D facilities in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do.
PowerMaster Semiconductor's automotive 1200V eSiC MOSFET and eSiC Diode products feature power density, energy efficiency, and reliability. The portfolio includes 1200V SiC MOSFETs and Diodes in packages such as TO-247-2L, TO-247-3L, TO-247-4L, D2PAK-7L, and TSPAK, with RDS(ON) values from 16mΩ to 80mΩ and maximum continuous drain current ratings from 10A to 129A at 25°C.
