HARMAN, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics announced it has joined SDVerse, described as the automotive industry’s first B2B marketplace for software. The company is making its software products and services available to automakers through the platform as a channel to discover and compare software and engineering capabilities that support stages of the software-defined vehicle (SDV) lifecycle.

The shift toward software-defined vehicles is changing how automakers develop and source technology. SDVerse creates a centralized marketplace where established suppliers and software developers can showcase solutions, while automakers can source technologies related to innovation and development complexity.

Software Products
- Ready Link Marketplace: A white-label app store that enables automakers to deliver in-vehicle apps and digital experiences while maintaining control over their brand, customer relationships, and data.
- Ready CQuence Loop: A cloud-based development and validation platform that helps automakers build, test, and validate vehicle software early and without hardware requirements.
- Ready CQuence Run: A type-1 hypervisor for digital cockpits, ADAS, and domain controllers.
- Ready Care: In-cabin intelligence for driver and occupant monitoring combined with interventions from sensing physiological indicators such as heart rate and breathing patterns to address driver stress and attention.

HARMAN stated it will continue expanding its SDVerse portfolio with additional software products and engineering services.
