Littelfuse has appointed Todd Kelsey to its board of directors, with Kelsey also joining the board's Compensation Committee.
Gordon Hunter, chairman of Littelfuse's board, said the company is pleased to welcome Kelsey, pointing to his extensive global experience and expertise in technology, engineering, and manufacturing across markets relevant to Littelfuse. He said Kelsey's operational background, experience serving on public company boards, and track record leading a multinational organization will be valuable as Littelfuse continues executing its strategic priorities and working to deliver long-term value for its stakeholders.
Kelsey currently serves as president and CEO of Plexus Corp., a global technology company with roughly 20,000 employees across 27 sites in seven countries. Plexus works with major OEMs to design, manufacture, and service complex products in heavily regulated markets, including aerospace and defense, industrial, semiconductor capital equipment, data centers, and healthcare and life sciences. Kelsey became president and CEO of Plexus in 2016, having joined the company in 1994 as a design engineer and worked his way up through several leadership roles, including executive vice president and chief operating officer, executive vice president of global customer services, and senior vice president of engineering solutions.
Beyond his role at Plexus, Kelsey has served on a number of corporate and community boards, including as vice chair of the board and chair of the audit committee at Steelcase Inc. He currently serves as vice chair of the board for Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce. Kelsey holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
