The PAN1783/1783A Series features Bluetooth 5.4 with isochronous channels and LE audio, supporting high throughput of 2 Mbps, advertising extensions, and long-range capabilities. This all-in-one SoC includes a superset of the most prominent nRF53 Series features, combined with enhanced performance and memory, while minimizing current consumption.

Key Features:
Dual Cortex-M33 Processors: The PAN1783/1783A Series includes two Cortex-M33 processors, one as an application processor (128 MHz or 64 MHz operation, 512 kB RAM, 1 MB flash memory) and the other as a network processor (64 MHz operation, 64 kB RAM, 256 kB flash). This configuration allows for standalone operation, eliminating the need for an external processor and reducing complexity, space, and cost.
Advanced Bluetooth Capabilities: The modules support LE 2M and LE Coded PHY, LE audio, isochronous channels, extended advertising, and channel sounding. They also support mesh networking, making them ideal for advanced computer peripherals, I/O devices, wearables, and wireless audio devices.
Ultra-Low Power Consumption: With typical system current consumption as low as 0.9 μA in System OFF mode and 1.3 μA in System ON mode, the PAN1783/1783A Series is perfect for battery-powered devices.
Versatile Applications: The modules support angle of arrival (AoA) and angle of departure (AoD) direction finding using Bluetooth, as well as Type 2 Near Field Communication (NFC-A) for simplified pairing and payment solutions.
High Sensitivity and Security: The improved sensitivity of the nRF5340, combined with LE-coded PHY, makes the module highly attractive for various applications. Additionally, the modules include ARM TrustZone CryptoCell 312, SPU, KMU, ACL, and security features such as trusted execution, root-of-trust, secure key storage, and 128-bit AES encryption.

Technical Specifications:
