Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will exhibit at Sensors Converge 2025, held June 24–26 in Santa Clara, California, at Booth #716. The company will showcase sensing technologies for various applications, with subject matter experts available to demonstrate products and discuss industry uses. On June 26, from 10:30-10:45 AM PT, Murata team members will present on High-Precision Intelligent MEMS Sensing Solutions for Next-Gen Autonomous Industrial Vehicles and Machines in the Live Theater.
The demonstrations will cover:
Environmental and Agriculture Applications: A 3-in-1 soil sensor measuring fertilizer levels, moisture, and temperature, and a CO2 sensor for greenhouse environments to monitor plant growth and indoor air quality while reducing energy costs.
Medical and Healthcare Sensing: Picoleaf, a thin, flexible piezoelectric sensor for detecting subtle pressing forces, and MEMS pressure and acceleration sensors for implantable, real-time monitoring to improve patient comfort and device performance.
Automotive Safety and ADAS: Ultrasonic sensors for short-range parking to enhance vehicle safety, and Type 1VN and Type 2TK radar modules using mmWave technology for 360° awareness and blind spot detection.
Smart Home Connectivity and Security: Type 2HQ module with UWB-based presence detection for access and security, and Type 2BP and 2JE modules with dual-side antenna design for secure access control.
Extended Connectivity and Asset Tracking: A LoRa satellite communication module for tracking in remote areas, and the Type 1SC module, a dual-mode NB-IoT/Cat-M and NTN cellular module certified by Skylo for global deployment.
Murata and Hexagon will also offer an in-vehicle experience demonstrating autonomous positioning and headlight leveling technologies, with rides available for scheduling.
