Cadence announced at NVIDIA GTC Paris a collaboration with NVIDIA to offer solutions for an industrial AI cloud, utilizing NVIDIA Grace Blackwell platforms. The solutions include the Cadence Fidelity CFD Platform, Spectre X Simulator, Voltus IC Power Integrity Solution, and Innovus Implementation System.
The AI cloud, built on 10,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs in NVIDIA DGX B200 systems and NVIDIA RTX Pro Servers, runs NVIDIA CUDA-X and NVIDIA Omniverse workloads. It enables Cadence solvers to achieve up to 80X acceleration for industrial AI applications in semiconductor and system design, including automotive, energy infrastructure, and manufacturing. Ascendance uses Cadence Fidelity software and NVIDIA computing to reduce aviation simulation runtimes by 20X.
The AI cloud incorporates the NVIDIA Omniverse Blueprint with the Cadence Reality Digital Twin Platform to simulate and optimize data center operations in a virtual environment. Cadence also introduced the Millennium M2000 Supercomputer, combining its design software, NVIDIA CUDA-X libraries, and NVIDIA Blackwell platforms, including GB200 NVL72 systems, for silicon, system, and drug design applications.
