SEMICON China 2026, co-located with FPD China 2026, is scheduled for March 25-27, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The event will gather industry leaders to discuss developments, trends, and innovations in areas including smart manufacturing, heterogeneous integration, compound semiconductors, design, display, sustainability, and workforce development. Registration is open.
The conferences and exhibition will cover topics across the electronics supply chain, including chip design, manufacturing, assembly and test, equipment and materials, photovoltaic, and display. The event is expected to feature 1,500 exhibitors and more than 5,000 booths in over 100,000 square meters of exhibit space.
A grand opening keynote will include speakers Hanming Wu, Professor at Zhejiang University; Benjamin Loh, Chairman of the Board at Comet Holdings AG and Vice Chairman of the SEMI International Board; Li Zheng, Board Director and Chief Executive Officer at JCET Group; Mario Morales, VP and Head of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships at AMD; Weiliang Chen, Founder, Chairman and General Manager at MetaX; and Ankur Gupta, Executive VP at Siemens EDA IC Products.
Innovation forums include the SEMI Industry Strategy Symposium (ISS) and SEMI Innovation and Investment Forum (SIIP China), which will examine technological trends, global economics, trade, and supply chain challenges. The Design Innovation Forum will focus on AI intelligent applications and automotive ICs.
Other sessions cover IC manufacturing technology and supply chain, including the Advanced Material International Conference, IC Manufacturing Supply Chain International Conference on wafer process and equipment, Heterogeneous Integration (Advanced Packaging) International Conference on AI and CPO, Green High-Tech Facility International Innovation Forum, Smart Manufacturing Forum on the factory of the future, and New Technology Release Conference featuring advanced manufacturing processes, high-performance chip design, intelligent production equipment, and sustainable materials.
The Compound Semiconductor Asia Conference (CS Asia 2026) will address compound semiconductors, SiC, GaN, and related wide bandgap materials, equipment, and devices over three days. The SCC Sustainability and ESG Summit Forum will discuss climate challenges, dual carbon goals, technology, investment, and global cooperation for carbon neutrality.
The Display on Silicon session, titled CDC - AI Vision: Dual Engines OLED + Micro LED, will cover AR+AI glasses product roadmap, emerging display technology breakthroughs, and display innovation ecosystem and supply chain. The SEMI Workforce CXO Talent Forum will explore industry-academia collaboration in talent development. The Conference of Science & Technology for Integrated Circuits (CSTIC 2026), organized by SEMI and IEEE, will take place March 22-24 and feature 10 symposia on semiconductor technology.
