Amitesh Kumar Sinha is back in to leadership role in semiconductor, where has been appointed as Additional Secretary, MeitY and the chief executive of the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), replacing Sushil Pal. The India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) has announced the appointment of Ruchir Dixit as its new Chairperson for the fiscal year 2025–26. Ruchir Dixit, is also a Vice President and Country Manager at Siemens EDA India, a leading EDA tool vendor in VLSI design and electronics design.

Bangalore headquartered semiconductor design services company SmartSoC Solutions appointed Scott Houghron as CEO-North America and Chief Business Officer. SmartSoC has more than 1000 engineers working in VLSI design of advanced chips.
