ViTrox will showcase its AI-powered SMT inspection and manufacturing intelligence solutions for electronics manufacturing at NEPCON Asia 2026.
The company said China's electronics manufacturing landscape is evolving amid demand for AI hardware, advanced PCBA, and smart factory upgrades, while manufacturers face increasing pressure for high reliability and micro-level precision.
Featured inspection systems include the Smart 3D SPI System V310Ai XL, which inspects large boards up to 460mm x 690mm using machine learning and real-time adaptive control; the Smart 3D AOI System V510Ai DST, which inspects both sides of SMT and THT assembly and features AI Smart Programming for CAD-less setup and AI Auto Buy-off; the Smart 3D AOI System V510Ai OP XXL, which handles boards up to 1,200mm x 690mm and inspects tall components and complex solder joints; and the Smart 3D AXI System V810Ai QX1, which has 2 μm resolution, ±50° tomography, AI-based defect classification, and an optional dual-lane configuration for Flip Chip and System-in-Package (SiP) applications.
ViTrox will also showcase the VisionXpert Series, comprising the VisionXpert Smart Camera (XC Series) and VisionXpert Smart Code Reader (XS Series). The XC Series combines AI auto-tuning and deep learning, while the XS Series uses deep learning for 1D/2D code reading. VisionSmartGuide (VSG) provides real-time guidance and step-by-step process validation for manual assembly operations, using AI video processing to validate assembly steps and flag incorrectly assembled products.
The company's V-ONE Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions Towards Industry 5.0 will be shown live, with real-time data visualization, AI-driven insights, and end-to-end traceability. Its components include Control Tower for live performance monitoring, ONEView and Process Insights for root cause analysis, and Proactive Predictive Maintenance. ViTrox will also present 3D models of its SMT PCB Assembly Vision Inspection production line, showing Smart 3D SPI, Smart 3D AOI, and Smart 3D AXI systems alongside the Smart Robotic Optical System (ARV) for Conformal Coating and Final Inspection.
NEPCON Asia 2026 takes place October 27-29, 2026, at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Baoan) in Shenzhen, China. ViTrox will exhibit at Hall 13, Booth #13E40.
