Qualcomm said a jury found Arm breached its long-standing Architectural License Agreement (ALA), failed to honor its commitments and intentionally acted to disrupt Qualcomm's businesses.
Qualcomm said that, together with its prior court victory, the outcome further exposes what it described as Arm's broader intentions to harm Qualcomm and its ecosystem.
The company said it remains focused on developing and delivering semiconductor products, including its Oryon CPUs, to customers and consumers worldwide.
