Tactical Resources, a U.S. focused rare earth elements development company, has appointed Steve Vanry as senior advisor and Thristian Michel as manager of business development for Texas. The appointments are meant to strengthen both the company's corporate leadership and its on-the-ground presence in Texas as it advances its Peak Project.

The Peak Project is a rare earth elements project located within the active Sierra Blanca Quarry in Hudspeth County, Texas. The project benefits from existing infrastructure, previously mined and accessible rare-earth-enriched material, and a mineralogical profile the company says supports simpler, cleaner processing than typical rare earth projects.

Ranjeet Sundher, CEO of Tactical, said these appointments reflect the momentum behind the company as it enters its first weeks as a publicly traded company. He said Michel brings hands-on project execution experience in Texas, while Vanry brings capital markets discipline on the corporate side, and that the company is building a team suited to the opportunity ahead of it.

Thristian Michel, the new manager of business development for Texas, is a commercial senior project manager with more than 24 years of experience in project development, construction management, and design coordination, having worked on projects with a combined value exceeding $120 million. He has managed complex projects from initial development through construction, coordinating teams and delivering projects efficiently and to a high standard. A lifelong Texan, Michel is based in the state where the Peak Project is located.

Steve Vanry, the new senior advisor, brings 30 years of professional experience in senior management and board-level roles across public and private companies, with expertise spanning capital markets, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, accounting, and financial reporting. His experience spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, and energy technology. Vanry holds the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.

Tactical's common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 20, 2026, under the ticker symbol "TREO."
