Victor Peng to be the CEO of Xilinx and Brian Crutcher for TI

FPGA chip maker Xilinx appointed Victor Peng as president and chief executive officer, effective January 29, 2018. The present Moshe Gavrielov to step down as CEO and from the board of directors on January 28.
