Intel introduces Arc Pro B60 and B50 GPUs and Gaudi 3 AI Accelerators at Computex 2025

Intel launched the Arc Pro B60 and B50 graphics processing units (GPUs) for workstations and AI inference, expanding the Intel Arc Pro family with larger memory configurations and enhanced software support. The announcements were made during the Computex 2025 event in Taipei, Taiwan, from May 20 to May 23, coinciding with Intel’s 40th anniversary of collaboration with Taiwan’s technology ecosystem.

The Intel Arc Pro B60 and B50 GPUs, based on the Xe2 architecture, feature Intel Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) AI cores and advanced ray tracing units. The B60 has 24 gigabytes (GB) of memory, while the B50 offers 16 GB, both supporting multi-GPU scalability. These GPUs are designed for architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and inference workloads, with independent software vendor (ISV) certifications and optimized software for stability and performance. They are compatible with consumer and professional drivers on Windows and support a containerized software stack on Linux for simplified AI deployments. Intel also introduced Project Battlematrix, a configurable Intel Xeon-based workstation platform supporting up to eight Arc Pro B60 GPUs, enabling AI models with up to 150 billion parameters and 192 GB of video random-access...
