Vishay Intertechnology has made P-Channel MOSFET of rating -20 V Si7157DP offering on-resistance of 0.0016 ohms and 0.0020 ohms at -10 V and -4.5 V ratings, respectively, lowest on-resistance in the industry as per Vishay. The 6.15 mm by 5.15 mm PowerPAK SO-8 packaged Si7157DP is suggested for notebook computers. RoHS compliant Si7157DP are available now, with lead times of 12 to 16 weeks for larger orders....
