ESD Protection Diode for high-speed wire interface

Toshiba has launched WCSP4 (0.79×0.79mm, 0.4mm pitch) packaged "DF4D7M2G" electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection diode to protect high-speed wire interface such as USB 3.0 and RF antennas from ESD.
