The MEMS & Sensors Executive Congress (MSEC 2026) is scheduled to take place March 31 to April 2, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Hosted by the MEMS & Sensors Industry Group, a SEMI Technology Community, the event carries the theme “Sensorizing the Future: MEMS and Sensors at the Edge of Perception.” The program will examine emerging sensor opportunities in automotive, industrial, consumer, aerospace, healthcare, and intelligent systems markets.

The conference will include keynotes, sessions on global market trends, MEMS manufacturing advancements, leadership insights, venture investment, and progress in Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). It will open with a team-building networking event tied to Boston’s historical sites, followed by a welcome reception.

Paul Carey, Director of the SEMI MEMS & Sensors Industry Group (MSIG), stated that Boston and Cambridge, with institutions such as MIT, Harvard, Analog Devices, and Draper, along with a startup community, offer an ideal setting for collaboration on microelectronics, MEMS, and sensor technologies. He noted that the location highlights New England’s contributions to the global MEMS and sensors industry.
