MIC Electronics Receives First PAPIS Order from Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala

MIC Electronics Limited has secured its first order in the Passenger Announcement and Passenger Information System (PAPIS) segment from the Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala.

The company received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from RCF following evaluation of its bid by the competent authority. The order covers supply as per the agreed rate structure, delivery timelines, inspection norms, warranty period, and other standard terms and conditions set by the Rail Coach Factory.

Rakshit Mathur, CEO of MIC Electronics Limited, stated that the order represents a milestone as the company's first PAPIS contract from RCF. He noted it reflects confidence in the company's technological capabilities and execution, while marking entry into the railway passenger communication and information segment.

MIC Electronics has prior involvement with Indian Railways through various technology-led initiatives, delivering electronic and display solutions for public infrastructure projects.

The company describes the order as a step in expanding its portfolio within the railway electronics ecosystem and reinforcing engagement with Indian Railways.
