Littelfuse Completes Basler Electric Acquisition

Littelfuse, announced the completion of its acquisition of Basler Electric Company. Basler Electric designs and manufactures electrical control and protection technologies for industrial markets. Its solutions regulate and protect power equipment.

Basler will operate as part of the Littelfuse Industrial Segment. The acquisition is expected to expand Littelfuse presence in grid and utility infrastructure, power generation, and data center markets. It will enhance high-power application capabilities through controls and protection systems. The acquisition complements Littelfuse industrial technology offering and provides broader customer access. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to Adjusted EPS in 2026.

Greg Henderson, President and CEO of Littelfuse, stated that the acquisition advances strategic priorities. Basler’s technology portfolio and expertise in electrical control and protection solutions enhance service to customers in high-growth industrial markets. The Basler team will join Littelfuse.
