Keysight Launches A90 ASATS In-Line Flash Programming System with Up to 112 Parallel Channels for High-Volume Manufacturing

Keysight introduced the Keysight A90 Application-Specific Automated Test Suite (ASATS), an in-line flash programming system designed for high-volume electronics production.

The system targets production environments handling large firmware payloads that frequently exceed hundreds of megabytes in automotive, server, and consumer electronics applications. Traditional in-circuit testers and lower-cost programming tools have shown limitations in throughput when managing these data sizes.

The A90 ASATS features a modular architecture that scales to 112 parallel programming channels. It includes a same-height bypass conveyor and supports side-by-side installation. The system maintains full compatibility with Keysight i1000 FlexiCore fixtures.
