Tachyum Showcases AI-Optimized Flash Storage Solutions at China International Fair for Investment & Trade 2025
Tachyum will participate in the 25th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT), held from September 8-11, 2025, at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center, as part of the Slovak national group organized with the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency and the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Shanghai. The company will focus on its Prodigy Universal Processor’s flash memory solutions, addressing the growing demand for AI scaling and accessibility.
Tachyum will present its latest software distribution package and pre-configured applications, optimized for 64KB pages for Linux and 16KB Indirection Unit for SSDs, in anticipation of QLC NAND flash replacing hard disk drives (HDDs) in data centers. This aligns with China’s strategy to replace imported HDDs and SSDs with domestically produced SSDs, emphasizing investment in etching equipment to enhance chip layer stacking for increased storage capacity and performance at lower costs.
The Prodigy Universal Processor integrates 256 64-bit compute cores, enabling dynamic switching between AI, machine learning, high-performance computing, and cloud workloads within a single architecture. It aims to reduce capital and operational expenses by eliminating dedicated AI hardware and increasing server utilization. Tachyum will highlight its collaboration with p...
