The AEC-Q200 compliant resistor supports high-energy applications, including power and solar converters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), industrial power supplies, motor drives, dynamic braking systems, heaters, elevators, and consumer electronics. The resistance range is of 150 Ohms and power rating of 260 Watts without Fan.
The TFOS30-1-150 uses thick film printing on a stainless-steel substrate, a technology Bourns has employed for over 50 years, typically on ceramic. The stainless-steel substrate enables use in power-intensive applications. The product offers a high power rating and an extended temperature range, suitable for pre-charge or discharge functions. Bourns provides customization support for application-specific requirements.
