Circus SE acquires FullyAI to enhance AI capabilities in food service robotics
Circus SE, a company focused on AI-robotics for the food service industry, has acquired FullyAI, an agentic AI company. FullyAI will serve as the AI intelligence layer for Circus’ robotics and software, supporting operational guidance, predictive models, and personalized AI experiences.
FullyAI will integrate with Circus’ CA-1 meal supply robots, utilizing billions of data points to create a continuously learning intelligence network. This network connects Circus’ robots and software in real time, analyzing data from inventory, procurement, customer profiling, and robot operations to form a global nutrition intelligence network. This system aims to anticipate demand, adapt dynamically, and support precision nutrition worldwide. The integration combines CircusOS, CA-1 robots, and FullyAI’s intelligence layer.
