The meeting focused on Karnataka's semiconductor ecosystem, which includes R&D hubs and a workforce of over 1.5 million professionals in electronics. The discussion highlighted the state's positioning against other states competing under India's $10 billion semiconductor incentive scheme.
Vayuvyastra Semiconductors Private Limited is a semiconductor design and manufacturing company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. It works with Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology and CMOS process nodes down to 5nm. The company provides end-to-end services from custom chip design to fabrication, testing, and packaging, with a fabrication facility in Hyderabad. It operates in alignment with guidelines from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
