India headquartered ESDM company Rapidise Secures $4M to Streamline AIoT Product Development and Production

Napino Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and Teksun Microsys Pvt. Ltd. have established Rapidise Technology Pvt. Ltd.  with $4 million in seed funding to focus on the design, engineering, and manufacturing of AI-enabled connected devices.

Rapidise operates as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), providing services for startups, small and medium businesses, and enterprises developing AI-powered products in the electronics system design and manufacturing space. The company handles the entire product lifecycle, including design, prototyping, certification, and manufacturing, allowing clients to concentrate on branding and market strategies.

The venture combines Teksun’s product design and engineering capabilities with Napino Group’s electronics manufacturing infrastructure in India. This integration supports production for industries such as automotive, healthcare, industrial, and consumer electronics. Rapidise has delivered over one million smart IoT devices and secured $81 million in booked orders across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
