Quantum India Bengaluru 2025: Karnataka to Host Biennial Quantum Technology Conference

Bengaluru, Karnataka, is set to host Quantum India Bengaluru (QIB) 2025, a biennial conference focused on quantum technologies, scheduled for July 31 and August 1, 2025, at the Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. Supported by the Karnataka Science and Technology Promotion Society (KSTePS), Department of Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka, and organized by the Quantum Initiative at the Indian Institute of Science (IQTI), the event aims to foster collaboration among academics, industry professionals, and entrepreneurs in quantum science and technology.
The conference aligns with the Government of India’s National Quantum Mission and seeks to leverage Bengaluru’s established ecosystem in IT, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and startups. Key institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Raman Research Institute (RRI), and International Center for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS) are recognized as national nodes for quantum technology development. QIB 2025 will serve as a platform to unite experts, showcase advancements, and encourage participation from students, researchers, startups, industries, and government bodies.
