Littelfuse appoints Abhi Khandelwal as Chief Financial Officer

Littelfuse, Inc.  a company focused on solutions for safe and efficient electrical energy transfer, announced the appointment of Abhi Khandelwal as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 18, 2025. Khandelwal has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IDEX Corporation (NYSE: IEX).

Before IDEX, Khandelwal was Chief Financial Officer at Multi-Color Corporation, a provider of packaging services and label solutions. He also held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CIRCOR International (NYSE: CIR, acquired by KKR). Khandelwal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Finance from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
Meenal Sethna, the current Chief Financial Officer, will stay on as a strategic advisor to support the transition.
