IPC announced the promotion of Sanjay Huprikar to the newly created position of chief global officer. This role aims to strengthen the electronics supply chain by enhancing alignment, efficiency, and support between IPC’s global headquarters and regional teams.
Huprikar will oversee the vice president of international relations and vice presidents of the U.S. and Canada, Europe, India, and Southeast Asia regions. He will collaborate with his team to address the needs of each region’s electronics industry and ensure IPC’s services meet those requirements.
Huprikar joined IPC in 2012 as vice president of member success and has since taken on roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as president of Europe and South Asia operations, leading IPC’s globalization efforts to expand standards, education, and advocacy in Europe, the United Kingdom, India, and Southeast Asian countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Huprikar is based at IPC’s corporate headquarters in Bannockburn, Illinois.
