Passive electronic component maker Abracon acquire NEL Frequency Control

Passive electronic component maker Abracon supplying frequency control, timing, power, coil and magnetics, RF and antennas components acquireds NEL Frequency Controls, who produce ultra-low phase noise crystal oscillators and modules headquartered in Burlington, Wisconsin, US. NEL Frequency Controls is started in 1986 who makes precision timing devices meeting ultra-low phase noise, ultra-low power consumption, and ultra-high frequency requirements in small, most compact form factor. NEL’s products are used across a broad spectrum of high-tech applications, including RF/microwave, test and measurement, defense, metrology, SATCOMM, and quantum computing. With this buy-out Abracon said together with NEL Frequency Controls resources company to accelerate innovation, new product development, time-to-market, and enterprise growth by combining core strengths across product management, engineering, sales, and marketing.
