TSMC clean room at Japan 3D IC R&D center is ready

World's number one semiconductor foundry TSMC has announced The completion of its Cleanroom at its Japan 3DIC R&D Center in the Tsukuba Center of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). Established in the March month of 2021, TSMC Japan 3DIC R&D Center to support research and development of state of the heart three-dimensional silicon wafer fabrication and packaging.
