JUBLIEE Biomedical, a Taiwanese biomedical technology company, has won the Brands & Retail category at the 2026 COSMETIC 360 Awards in Paris for its flagship JUBI Plasma cold plasma skincare device.

COSMETIC 360 is organized by COSMETIC VALLEY, a French government-recognized competitiveness cluster, and is held annually at the Carrousel du Louvre, where it connects startups with groups such as LOreal, LVMH Research, and Estée Lauder. This year's edition drew about 260 exhibitors from more than 20 countries, but only six main-category winners were chosen, roughly 2% of the total. That places JUBILEE Biomedical among the top 2% of exhibitors.

JUBI Plasma is powered by the company's proprietary eSIP cold plasma technology, which brings Taiwan's semiconductor precision to skincare. Using a single mode at temperatures below 40°C, the device addresses nine skincare areas, from blemish-prone skin and dullness to pores, fine lines, and facial contour, all in a 90-second session aimed at skin longevity.

The company's cold plasma technology previously drew international attention at a 2023 innovation competition co-organized by Silicon Valley accelerator Plug and Play, where it was described as having the potential to become a "Cold Plasma Unicorn." Judy Li, founder and CEO of JUBILEE Biomedical, said in her acceptance remarks that the team is proud to bring Taiwan's innovation to the world.
