Intelligent power management company Eaton announced a more than $242 million investment to expand its U.S. manufacturing footprint with a new facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The company expects to double its U.S. manufacturing capacity of customized electrical enclosures from the Fibrebond business for data center, utility, industrial and digital communications markets. This investment follows Eaton’s acquisition of the Fibrebond business in April 2025.
The new Eaton 1 million-square-foot facility is expected to create more than 1,200 manufacturing, electrical and operations jobs. Eaton plans to provide hands-on training and career advancement opportunities for technical skills. The new Arkansas facility builds on Fibrebond’s over 40 years in Minden, Louisiana, where production capacity has doubled over the past three years and Eaton continues to invest.
Governor Sanders, the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, City of North Little Rock, and the Metro Little Rock Alliance, led by the Little Rock Regional Chamber, are partners in Eaton’s training and workforce development efforts related to the site.

Eaton makes products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. Founded in 1911, the company had revenues of $27.4 billion in 2025 and serves customers in 180 countries.
