Trymax Semiconductor Equipment B.V., a provider of plasma and UV process solutions for the semiconductor industry, has completed its leadership transition. Founders Leo Meijer and Ludo Vandenberk have formally stepped back from the operational management of the company. Marcel Vugts has assumed full responsibility as Managing Director.
Marcel Vugts joined Trymax at the beginning of 2026. He brings more than 30 years of international experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Trymax, he served as Managing Director of ITEC B.V., a Nexperia company, where he led the organization for eight years. Over the past months, he worked closely with Leo Meijer, Ludo Vandenberk and the existing management team to ensure a seamless leadership transition for customers, partners and employees.
Trymax was founded by Leo Meijer and Ludo Vandenberk. The company supplies plasma and UV processing solutions.
