Pantheon Electric Emerges as Largest Independent U.S. Producer of Copper Conductive Infrastructure

|

Pantheon Electric has completed the integration of four manufacturers into a single electrical infrastructure platform spanning 21 plants across North America and Europe. With combined production capacity reaching hundreds of millions of pounds of copper wire annually, the company has reached a scale that positions it as a key supplier to the AI, energy, and industrial sectors. Pantheon Electric now sits at the center of the supply chain powering the electrified economy, at a time when global copper shortages are projected to tighten supply further.

Copper demand is currently outpacing global supply. This is being driven by several converging forces reshaping the economy, including the buildout of AI data centers, grid modernization, and a broader wave of electrification. Each of these areas depends on copper conductive components to carry electricity from the grid to the equipment powering data centers, factories, and critical infrastructure. AI and data centers alone are expected to drive 2 million additional metric tons of copper demand by 2040, even as the broader supply chain already faces a projected shortfall of 10 million metric tons.

For companies racing to electrify, building the physical infrastructure needed to carry that power at scale has traditionally meant working through a fragmented supply chain. Pantheon Electric was built specifically to con...
