Caliber Interconnects Presents AI Semiconductor Testing Advances at IEEE ITC India 2026

Caliber Interconnects participated in the IEEE International Test Conference (ITC) India 2026 with a keynote address, one tutorial, four IEEE technical papers, four poster presentations, an industry showcase, and a panel discussion.
 
Senthilkumar Dhamodharan, Vice President – Testing at Caliber Interconnects, delivered the keynote titled "From Silicon Complexity to AI Revolution - India's Silicon Leap 2047." The address addressed the role of Artificial Intelligence in the semiconductor industry amid rising silicon complexity, heterogeneous integration, and advanced packaging technologies.
 
It covered AI applications across the semiconductor lifecycle, including intelligent chip design automation, predictive manufacturing, AI-driven Automated Test Equipment (ATE), digital twins, and advanced signal integrity analysis. These approaches support improvements in product quality, time-to-market, and manufacturing efficiency. The presentation noted that semiconductors serve as the foundation for digital economies, powering AI, autonomous systems, telecommunications, healthcare, and defence applications.
