LTSCT and Azuremoto Technologies Sign MoU on SiC Power Semiconductors for AI Data Centres

L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Azuremoto Technologies Inc. of Taiwan, a provider of semiconductor IP design and component solutions.

The MoU sets up a framework for cross-border cooperation covering Silicon Carbide (SiC) power semiconductor products for the AI data centre market and Rectifiers and MOS-based power semiconductor products for LTSCT’s key business verticals in India and worldwide.

The collaboration covers two main product domains. The first includes SiC MOSFETs, diodes, and related modules and components for AI data centre applications, including power supplies, server power architecture, uninterruptible power supply systems, and energy-efficient solutions. The second covers Rectifiers and MOS-based semiconductor products for energy metering systems, HVAC power control, solar inverter applications, BLDC motor drives, and consumer electronics.
