DEEPX and Sixfab Bring Edge AI to Raspberry Pi with New AI Acceleration Board

DEEPX, a South Korean on-device AI semiconductor company, has partnered with Sixfab  an Official Raspberry Pi Design Partner to launch the DEEPX AI HAT, an AI acceleration board built for the Raspberry Pi 5. The product embeds DEEPX's proprietary Neural Processing Unit technology directly into the Raspberry Pi ecosystem, enabling developers and enterprises to run complex AI models locally on edge devices, without needing to send data to the cloud. This is a meaningful shift for industries that need real-time AI decision-making in environments where internet connectivity may be limited or where data privacy and response speed are critical.
