Hitachi High-Tech completes transfer of Photomask data verification biz to Synopsys

In the month June 2015, semiconductor equipment maker Hitachi High-Tech Science Corporation has announced that it is transferring its photomask data verification business to Synopsys. Hitachi High-Tech Science Corporation has confirmed the completion of transfer of photo-mask data verification business to Synopsys. Synopsys also completed the acquisition of VLSI EDA software company Atrenta, a provider of SoC realization solutions for the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries....
