3.4 billion ARM-based chips shipped in 2Q 2015, up 26% year-on-year

ARM HOLDINGS PLC reports a revenue of US$ 357.1 Million for its second quarter of 2015, a 15% growth compared to the same quarter year ago where the revenue reported was 309.6 Million. A 3.4 billion ARM-based chips shipped in 2nd Q 2015, up 26% year-on-year. Twenty licences signed in 2nd quarter for Cortex-M class processors for use in technologies required for the Internet of Things; microcontrollers, biometric sensors and low-power wireless communication chips.
