Agilent acquires electrothermal analysis tech from Gradient

Agilent Technologies has acquired of electrothermal analysis technology from Gradient Design Automation, the maker of HeatWave electrothermal analysis software. The electrical power and the thermal heat generated in a chip is lot related. The performance of the chip is impacted due to electric thermal behaviour of the material inside the chip.
