Kyocera has announced it has completed the acquisition of all shares in NEC Toppan Circuit Solutions and the company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary. The new company name is KYOCERA Circuit Solutions, Inc. and new president is Mr. Yohsuke Nishiyama.
The new company to develop, design, manufacture and sales of high-density multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs) for industrial applications, build-up PCBs for consumer electronics, module PCBs, etc....
