Taiwanese fables VIA reported 200% m-o-m jump in revenues

VIA Technologies, which claims as innovator of power efficient x86 processor platforms reported a net sales for June 2013 of NT$ 851.5 million (US$ 28.38 million approximately). This is a growth of 200 % month-on-month over revenues of NT$ 284.07 million (US$ 9.47 million) in May 2013. And it is 168.6 percent growth compared to same month an year ago.

VIA Technologies is also into the embedded systems board market in a big way. It has taken up development of devices/systems based ARM Cortex processors. VIA has developed VAB-600 Pico-ITX embedded board featuring an 800MHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor for range of applications such as in-vehicle and healthcare applications.
