Silex Technology is a proven manufacturer of Freescale-recommended Wi-Fi connectivity technology for products based on the Freescale i.MX 6 series processor platform. Silex Technology created the SX-SDCAN, a low-power 802.11a/b/g/n plus Bluetooth 4.0 radio/baseband SDIO card module specifically for the Freescale i.MX 6 series evaluation platform. The Freescale i.MX 6 series evaluation platform includes the Wi-Fi driver and security supplicant for the SX-SDCAN. No engineering development is required to get started with a wireless evaluation on the i.MX 6 series platform.
