Littelfuse, announced the CPC1343G OptoMOS solid-state relay on March 3, 2026, in Rosemont, Illinois. The normally open (1-Form-A) relay targets high-reliability switching in industrial, medical, and instrumentation applications.
The device provides 900 mA continuous load current, 60 V blocking voltage, and reinforced 5000 VRMS input-to-output isolation in a 4-pin package. It achieves turn-on time of 4 ms and turn-off time of 1 ms, with a maximum LED drive current of 3 mA for compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic without additional interface circuitry.
The CPC1343G operates over an ambient temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C and features a maximum on-resistance of 0.8 Ω to minimize power dissipation. It uses solid-state construction for silent, maintenance-free operation without mechanical wear.

The relay is available in three package variants:
CPC1343G: DIP-4 through-hole, tube packaging (100 units), suited for prototyping and industrial control boards.
CPC1343GR: DIP-4 surface-mount, tube packaging (100 units), suited for low-volume SMT production.
CPC1343GRTR: DIP-4 surface-mount, tape-and-reel packaging (1,000 units), suited for automated high-volume SMT lines.
Target applications include industrial control systems and automation, medical equipment requiring patient-to-equipment isolation, instrumentation, data acquisition, multiplexing, automatic test equipment (ATE), and utility and smart metering systems.
Dr. Hugo Guzman, Product Marketing Manager at Littelfuse, stated that the CPC1343G combines reinforced isolation, fast switching, and extended temperature capability to address reliability and safety challenges in space-constrained designs.
Samples and production quantities are available through authorized Littelfuse distributors worldwide, with packaging in quantities of 100 per tube or 1,000 per reel depending on the variant.
